The Lazy Toolbelt

Automate your work with Google Sheets, Blockspring and Supermetrics

Chefs carry knives, sculptors carry chisels.

Lazy analysts and marketers carry knowledge of the Lazy Toolbelt:

Google Sheets, and Add-ons like Blockspring and Supermetrics.

In this course, we follow the creation story of one Sheets template (Search Efficiency by Landing Page), in both Blockspring and Supermetrics.

You’ll learn to drastically cut the time you spend wrangling data and building reporting.

Learn to create spreadsheet automation templates your colleagues, friends, lovers, and parents (probably not grandparents though) will find a breeze to use.

Who is this course for?

If you’re looking to automate your reporting work, you’ve come to the right place. You’ll learn how to use both Blockspring and Supermetrics, Sheets Add-ons that automate pulling data from the tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc) used by most marketers, startups and agencies.

What if I buy the course and find out it's not for me?

I'll refund your purchase within 30 days, no questions asked.

What will I be able to do at the end of this course?

Build your own spreadsheet automation templates, to pull data from the services you use into Sheets. You’ll also have access to the Sheets reporting templates contained in the Coding is for Losers Vault, which can be implemented with minimal Blockspring / Supermetrics setup.

What tools are needed for this course?

You'll need a Google account to use Google Sheets, and either Blockspring or Supermetrics to put the Lazy Toolbelt into action.

Is there a quiz?

You’ll learn step-by-step how to build an SEO reporting template (Search Efficiency by Landing Page), using either Blockspring or Supermetrics (your choice) in Sheets. It pulls web analytics data from Google Analytics and Search Console, to reveal opportunities to improve your site. If you don’t have access to either of those services, you can sign up for Google Analytics and access their demo dataset.
